Refund Policy
You are accountable for imbursement of the return shipping charges

    You have two options for returning a rug:
  • Simple Online Returns (suggested)
  • Assemble for return shipping by your own self
  • Once you obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA#) you must affix it to the item wrapped in its original covering and utilize a traceable carrier of your preference (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to ship the article to our store. (Contact customer support for further details of RA#)
  • For any reason if customer is not 100% satisfied with purchase and returns the order within 15 days then we may exchange or refund the money depending on the issue found with the product.
  • Any shipments refused for reasons other than damage may result in a 25% shipment refusal penalty fee.
  • If the rug has been damaged or abused, there will be no refunds.
  • Clearance Outlet, modified, custom-made and model items cannot be returned except if there is injury or a fault. Rug pads that are unfastened will not be returned for credit.
NOTE: We highly advocate you assure your return consignment with the hauler you select for its complete purchase price to defend against loss or damage in shipment. We are not accountable for lost or injured packages being returned to us. In addition, you are liable for filing asserts with the carrier you employ in case of any damage and loss.
